• Continue to the Unfinished Obelisk, located in Aswan’s ancient granite quarries, and discover how skilled Egyptian craftsmen worked with massive blocks of stone to create their remarkable monuments.

• After exploring these fascinating historical sites, return to your cruise and enjoy dinner on board while relaxing after a day of discovery.

Day 2 – Explore Abu Simbel (optional) & Kom Ombo Temple

• Start your day with breakfast on board before heading out on an optional early-morning trip to Abu Simbel Temples, with travel by road or flight at an additional cost.

• Once there, explore the magnificent temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari, carved into the rock and relocated to protect them from flooding after the construction of the High Dam.

• After exploring Abu Simbel, return to the cruise and enjoy a relaxing sail north toward Kom Ombo, taking in the beautiful views along the Nile.
