Good to know
The ship has 68 uniform cabins, each measuring 20 square metres. They are spread across three passenger decks, with 18 cabins on the first floor, 22 on the second, and 28 on the third.
Every cabin includes individual air conditioning, a private en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a satellite TV with DVD player, a minibar, a tea and coffee station, and an electronic safety deposit box. Cabins also feature sliding windows that open to the Nile breeze.
The main restaurant serves full-board meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cuisine mixes Egyptian and international dishes, with menus that vary throughout your journey. Evening entertainment and a bar lounge are also available after dinner.
No. The Nile Palace Cruise does not serve alcohol on board. Some guests have noted that this is different from other Nile cruise ships, so it is worth confirming before you book if this matters to you.
Light, comfortable clothing works for most of the day on board. When visiting temples or local villages, cover your shoulders and knees. A light layer is useful for cooler evenings on the sundeck.
Check-in is available at noon, giving you time to settle in before lunch on board. Disembarkation takes place at 8:00 AM on your final day.
Yes. The ship supplies baby cots and extra beds on request. Children under 2 stay free; ages 2 to under 6 receive a 25% discount, ages 6 to under 12 receive 50% off, and ages 12 and above pay the full adult rate.
